As per the constitution of Maharashtra State Chapter of ASI, MASI is conducting elections for
the term 2027–2030 for the following posts:

• Secretary – 1 Post
• Treasurer – 1 Post
• Executive Committee Members (Regionwise)– 15 Posts

Election Schedule

• Publication of Election Notification & Call for Nominations: 31 July 2026
• Nomination Forms will be received from : 1 August 2026 (from 9:00 AM)
• Last Date for Receiving of Nominations: 31 August 2026 (up to 5:30 PM)
• Last Date for Withdrawal of Nominations: 15 September 2026 (up to 5:30 PM)
• E-Voting Begins: 1 October 2026 (from 9:00 AM)
• E-Voting Ends: 31 October 2026 (up to 5:30 PM)
• Declaration of Results: 1 November 2026

As resolution passed in the MASI Executive Committee Meeting held on 29 July 2026, the voters’
list is freezed for this election, as received from ASI Head office.

We sincerely request all eligible members to actively participate in the election process and cast
their vote.
Members are requested to go through eligible voters list attached here with . Names appearing
in black indicate members who are already registered and eligible for e-voting.
Names marked in red are not yet registered for e-voting. However, these members should
register on or before 5:30 PM on 15th September 2026 to become eligible for e-voting
Members who have not yet registered for e-voting are requested to email the ASI Head Office at
headoffice@asiindia.org on or before 15 September 2026, mentioning the following details:

• Photo ID
• Mobile Number
• Email ID
